Founded in Yorkshire in 1991 by Thomas C Henry, we provide an independent Structural Engineering service specialising in the surveying of Domestic, Commercial and Industrial Property in and around Yorkshire and currently operate from offices in Barnsley and Huddersfield.

The expertise for this has been built up over a period of 40 years working for various organisations covering both public and private sectors. 

Projects, in addition to structural surveying, have ranged from building alteration work for domestic properties and structural assessments for industrial and retail complexes, through to structural/civil engineering design for commercial and medical complexes, public houses, churches, industrial estates and residential developments.
